ServiceBuddy provides AI-powered analysis of automotive repair quotes. The Service compares quoted prices against estimated fair market ranges and provides informational recommendations. The Service is not a substitute for professional mechanical advice.

3. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Price estimates, fair market ranges, and recommendations are informational only and may not reflect actual local pricing. PSFK LLC is not responsible for decisions made based on the Service's output.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you submit. By uploading images or text of repair quotes, you grant PSFK LLC a limited license to process and analyze that content for the purpose of providing the Service. Uploaded content is not stored beyond your active session unless you opt to save your report.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PSFK LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages relating to your use of the Service.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
