- Images or text of repair quotes you upload
- Vehicle information (year, make, model, mileage)
- ZIP code (for local pricing data)
- Email address (only if you choose to email your report)
2. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used solely to analyze your repair quote and generate a report. We use AI services to process your quote data. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Data Retention
Uploaded images and quote text are processed in real-time and are not stored on our servers after your session ends. If you choose to save your report, a summary is stored in our database for your future reference. Email addresses are stored only in connection with emailed reports.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate ServiceBuddy:
- Google Gemini AI — for analyzing repair quotes
- Airtable — for storing saved reports
- Google Analytics — for anonymous usage statistics
5. Cookies
We use browser localStorage to save your active chat session so you can resume where you left off. We use standard analytics cookies via Google Analytics to understand how the Service is used.
6. Your Rights
You can clear your session data at any time by clicking "Check Another Bill" in the chat interface, which removes all locally stored data. For report deletion requests, contact us at hello@psfk.com.
