Manufacturer fulfillment centers (Goodyear, Bridgestone, Michelin, Cooper) strictly require your final paid itemized invoice showing the customer name, eligible tire product, purchase date, and retailer name/address. Initial estimates, work orders, quote printouts, or credit card slips will result in rejection.
