Texarkana Motorcycle Mechanic Charged with Theft After Allegedly Keeping Customers' Bikes
James Scott Coker, a motorcycle mechanic at Scott’s Shop in Texarkana, has been charged with three counts of theft of property for allegedly keeping customers' motorcycles brought in for repairs and ceasing communication. Customers reported dropping off bikes and paying for services, only for Coker to disappear or refuse release of the vehicles.
