Customer Review Summary
Overview: Many customers report positive experiences—staff are frequently described as professional, knowledgeable, and honest—while several reviewers raise concerns about pricing, diagnostic fees, and transparency, and a smaller number report poor repair quality or incomplete work.
Positive themes:
Technicians and staff: often praised for expertise, clear explanations, and courteous service.
Diagnostic ability and communication: multiple customers say the shop correctly identifies issues and explains needed repairs.
Timeliness: several reviewers note reasonable turnaround times.
Negative themes:
Pricing and fees: recurring complaints about high costs and diagnostic/inspection fees that customers found unexpected.
Transparency: customers sometimes report unclear estimates, surprise add-on charges, or insufficient explanation of parts and labor.
Repair quality/follow-up: a minority report incomplete fixes, recurring problems after service, or needing return visits to address the same issue.
Practical takeaway: Overall leaning positive but mixed—prospective customers should confirm diagnostic fees and get a written estimate and warranty/parts details before authorizing work; consider asking for clarification on totals and follow-up policies to reduce the chance of surprises.
