a highly rated and accredited autoshop in El Paso, TX
Customer Review Summary
Ward Motor Clinic earns largely positive reviews (CARFAX 2018–2025; MapQuest/Yelp): customers highlight friendly, helpful staff (frequent mention of David), clear explanations, thorough diagnostics/pre‑trip checks, proactive updates, reliable repairs, reasonable pricing for many, and generally quick turnaround—repeat customers report strong trust in the technicians. A minority cite higher estimates versus other shops and occasional delays in follow‑up, parts or callbacks, so comparison quotes are recommended. Overall: dependable workmanship and good communication, but check prices before committing.
