UNITED AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE

Customers praise United Automotive Service for honest, upfront communication—staff (frequently Rick and Brent) follow up—and reliable smog checks and routine repairs; the shop offers a comfortable lobby, shuttle service, and AAA benefits. Common drawbacks: perceived high parts pricing/markups, a strict policy against installing customer‑supplied parts, occasional longer turnaround times, and some customers find diagnostic/inspection fees high. Good pick for dependable smog and general service with strong communication; less suitable if you want to supply parts or prioritize lowest parts cost.
