TOMS ALL AUTOMOTIVE LLC
📍301 Dela Vina Avenue, Monterey, CA 93940
a well-reviewed, locally trusted autoshop in Monterey, CA
Customer Review Summary
Customers commonly praise Toms All Automotive for fast, often same‑day repairs and smog checks, fair/honest pricing, knowledgeable technicians, and many repeat customers — making it a strong option for smog inspections and routine maintenance (oil, brakes, general repairs). However, multiple reviews report communication problems (missed follow‑ups, hard to reach), occasional rude or unprofessional interactions, and disputes over diagnostics or repair necessity/outcomes. Typical services cited: smog inspections, routine maintenance, and diagnostics; recommend for quick, routine work but verify diagnostic recommendations and confirm communication/expectations up front.
