Customer Review Summary
Customers mostly praise The Auto Doc for clear communication and helpful staff (frequently naming Chris and owner Dave), straightforward estimates, quick turnarounds, reliable scheduling, and long‑term trust for routine maintenance; reviewers also note convenient amenities (adjacent coffee shop) and timely notifications. A minority report unresolved diagnostics (paid inspections without fixes), occasional higher‑than‑expected final pricing, and a few strongly negative experiences. Commonly mentioned services include oil changes, brake work, general repairs and diagnostics. Shop claims cited by customers: ASE‑certified technicians, a 24‑month/24,000‑mile warranty, and AAA Approved Auto Repair status. Overall: solid option for routine work and repairs with generally strong communication and service, but confirm diagnostic scope and pricing up front.
