Mixed customer feedback: older Yelp reviews (2017–2019) consistently praise the shop for honesty, dependability and many repeat customers; a March 2024 local directory endorsement also commends the shop’s willingness to travel to the customer. However a recent customer complaint (June 27, 2024, posted to BBB) alleges misdiagnosis, overcharging, poor-quality repairs and safety-related issues. Net impression: historically positive word-of-mouth but a notable recent serious complaint introduces safety and trust concerns — limited recent customer feedback otherwise.
