The Expert Verdict
Highly rated Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Ram dealership and service center in Elmsford with sales, service and genuine Mopar parts.
Customer Review Summary
Mixed. Many verified customers praise quick, professional service, knowledgeable technicians, and courteous staff, but recurring negatives include long delays for repairs or parts, poor or infrequent communication/updates, billing and parts-handling errors, and several serious complaints alleging incorrect or incomplete repairs (occasionally raising safety concerns). Overall experience appears inconsistent across visits. Sources: customer reviews on DealerRater, CARFAX, Google (via Capital One), and BBB.
