The Expert Verdict
a highly-rated full-service autoshop in HARTSDALE, NY
Customer Review Summary
Mixed customer sentiment. Strengths: many customers report quick, friendly service and single-out specific staff members for praise. Weaknesses: recurring reports of long waits, scheduling and communication problems, and several formal complaints about diagnostics and repair follow-up. Practical note: consider confirming appointment timing and diagnostic/repair follow-up expectations up front, since communication and return-work issues appear frequently.
