Customer Review Summary
Mixed-but-leaning-positive customer feedback. Many customers praise individual service advisors (especially “Brandon”/Brandon Jenkel, and occasionally Henry) and report that repairs are completed correctly. Recurring negatives: long wait times, occasional communication and billing problems, and some complaints about recommended or unnecessary services. Overall tone: generally satisfied with workmanship and some staff, but inconsistent service speed and clarity on charges/recommendations.
