SUMMIT TRANSMISSIONS

Mixed customer feedback. Positive reports: several customers praise staff professionalism, honesty, reasonable pricing, and occasional above‑and‑beyond service. Negative reports: other customers describe serious problems such as repairs that did not resolve the issue (necessitating repeat visits), attempts to charge for work that should have been covered by warranty or for services not performed, and difficulties getting problems remedied after expensive work. Overall pattern suggests inconsistent experiences—some customers receive trustworthy, value‑oriented service while others encounter unresolved repairs and billing/warranty disputes.
