Mixed customer feedback. Common positives: many customers describe staff as honest, professional, and timely with service. Common negatives: frequent concerns about pricing transparency (customers report unexpected or higher-than-expected charges and instances of being overcharged) and service quality problems (reports of oil leaks after service and cases where advertised/promotional services were denied or not honored). Overall pattern: generally reliable service for some customers but inconsistent experiences with billing and certain repairs.
