Mixed customer sentiment. Positive reports highlight courteous, helpful staff and successful handling of recalls and check‑engine issues. Negative reports describe inconsistent service and communication: unexpected charges and extra fees (including for key replacement), long wait times for basic services, delays, and at least one instance of an improper recall repair (exposed/dangling wires) indicating potential safety or quality concerns. Overall, experiences appear uneven—some customers get timely, competent recall work while others encounter billing surprises, slow turnaround, and quality lapses.
