SPRINGS AUTO REPAIR

Mixed customer feedback: several customers praise Springs Auto Repair for good service, honest staff, clear communication, and fair pricing. However, multiple serious negative reports describe poor or inconsistent communication, unexpected or unexplained charges, ineffective repairs or repeat problems, alleged engine damage after service, and difficulty obtaining accountability or satisfactory resolution. Overall impression: service quality appears inconsistent — some customers had positive experiences while others report significant failures and risk of costly follow-up issues. Recommended actions for prospective customers: insist on written estimates and itemized invoices, document vehicle condition before and after service, get a second opinion for major repairs, and retain all paperwork if disputes arise.
