SPRINGFIELD IMPORTS BMW

Reviews portray mixed customer experiences: several reviewers praise courteous staff, knowledgeable technicians, thorough diagnostics and solid repair quality, while other customers report problems with communication, unexpected or unclear charges, and delays waiting for parts or service completion. Common positive notes include helpful explanations of needed work and satisfaction with the outcome of repairs; common complaints focus on inconsistent estimates, occasional billing surprises, and slow follow-up when issues reappear. Multiple reviews emphasize the importance of getting a written estimate and ask-about-warranty before authorizing work; a few customers said repeat visits were required to resolve the same issue. Overall the sentiment is variable — many customers have good experiences and would return, but a notable minority warn of cost and communication problems.
