Customer Review Summary
Specialty Car Services is frequently praised for courteous, knowledgeable staff, quick turnarounds, owner Adam’s hands‑on responsiveness, strong results on European brands (BMW, Mercedes, Audi), lower costs than dealers, and thorough diagnostics; minority complaints warn of occasional communication lapses, unexpected or added charges, and slower or unresolved follow‑ups after some repairs — good choice for European-brand repairs and diagnostics if you confirm estimates and authorizations up front.
