Customer Review Summary
Mixed customer feedback. Positive comments frequently note prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable staff—several reviewers specifically name Don or Dave—and cite fair, reasonable pricing for repairs. Negative comments focus on pricing and service practices: reports of unexpected charges, invoicing disputes, and allegations of predatory behavior or upselling. Overall the reviews indicate inconsistent customer experiences; many customers recommend getting a written estimate and an itemized invoice and confirming work and costs up front.
