Customer Review Summary
S.R. 23 Auto Specialists receives consistently strong reviews for honest, straightforward service, fair pricing, quality workmanship, timely repairs, and hands‑on explanations from the owner/tech (Marcus/Mark), with several customers noting competence on classic/performance cars; negative feedback is uncommon but includes a 2024 parts/charging dispute and at least one earlier (2021) service complaint, so overall sentiment across multiple listing sites is strongly positive with occasional billing/service issues.
