RUBEN'S AUTO REPAIR

Ruben’s Auto Repair is commonly praised for honest, transparent communication, clear itemized estimates, emailed/digital inspection reports, discussion of repair options before work, and generally fast turnarounds—several customers specifically praise staffer Lonnie—while a minority report diagnostic/repair-sequencing issues (e.g., alternator vs. starter), occasional scheduling or perceived delays, and some note service changes after an ownership/management transition.
