ROBERT MANCZ SERVICE

Overall sentiment remains largely positive. Customers frequently praise honesty, reliability, and long-term trust in the mechanics. Staff are commonly described as friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Work quality and timeliness are often noted, and pricing is generally viewed as fair.

Negative comments are intermittent but recurring: occasional rude customer-service interactions and some reports of perceived overcharging — particularly for minor repairs. Recommendation from reviewers: confirm written estimates and communicate clearly up front to avoid billing or service misunderstandings.
