RAUL'S AUTOMOTIVE INC.

Customers commonly praise Raul’s Automotive for friendly, communicative staff (many specifically name “John”), fast turnaround on routine work and Texas inspections, competent hybrid/Prius repairs, and capable performance/alignment work; downsides noted in reviews include complaints about higher-than-expected charges for routine services, a reported credit‑card surcharge on inspections, and isolated rude staff interactions. Overall: strong for hybrid owners and quick inspections or performance/alignment needs, but watch pricing and payment fees.
