R HOWELLS AUTO

Located at 4210 Buffalo Road in North Chili, New York—just minutes from Roberts Wesleyan University—this longtime local repair garage, formerly known as Howell's Auto Service (R Howells Auto), operates today as 3T's Automotive LLC under owner and experienced technician Rick Vitaro. Bringing over 20 years of hands-on automotive repair and parts expertise, Vitaro built the shop around a family-first culture inspired by his three sons (Troy, Tristan, and Travers) and grounded in the core principles of being trustworthy, thorough, and thankful.

The shop provides complete bumper-to-bumper mechanical repair and preventative maintenance for domestic and import vehicles. Offerings include routine oil services, brake repair, tire maintenance, battery and starting system work, wheel bearings, fuel pumps, and complete engine diagnostics. Additionally, the shop is a licensed New York State vehicle inspection station and offers advanced automotive air conditioning service equipped to handle both traditional R-134a and modern 1234yf refrigerants.

With a strong emphasis on community care and honest communication, the garage prioritizes clear recommendations over unnecessary parts replacements. As part of its commitment to quality workmanship, qualified repairs are backed by a 24-month or 24,000-mile Confidence Plus North American warranty through the Auto Value network, ensuring North Chili and Monroe County motorists drive away with lasting confidence.
