NELSON COLLISION

Nelson Collision receives broadly positive feedback across a large volume of reviews (e.g., ~1,284 on Carwise, ~190 on Chamber of Commerce), with customers praising repair quality and timeliness, knowledgeable technicians, friendly/professional staff, and regular updates (often by text). On-site conveniences — rental cars and towing/roadside assistance — are frequently called affordable and responsive compared with national providers, and vehicles are commonly returned clean. A minority note late-stage communication gaps, occasional final-inspection/cleanup oversights, and sporadic cost or warranty concerns. Overall, a strong local option for collision repair if you prioritize clear communication, convenience services, and prompt, quality work.
