a generally well-reviewed autoshop with some unresolved customer complaints in Miami, FL

Customer Review Summary

Motoro Cars (875 W. Flagler St.) is frequently praised for friendly, professional staff (notably Rudy, Benjamin, Kenny), quick turnarounds, clear written quotes, small waiting‑area amenities, and generally fair pricing with no upselling or hidden fees; however, a subset of customers report unresolved repairs, pricing/refund disputes, and some have filed formal complaints, so consider them if you prioritize transparency and speed but document agreements and confirm repair completion and billing before final payment.
