Customer Review Summary
Midas Auto Service Experts (Lake Jackson, TX) — reviews are mixed but generally positive: many customers praise friendly, helpful staff (several name Jason, George, Hector), quick turnarounds, and clear communication/no hard sell; recurring negatives include upsell pressure and unexpected higher final bills, occasional long waits, and isolated workmanship/safety issues (reported wheel-lug torque after brake work; an alignment recommendation later questioned by the vehicle maker). Carfax lists 56 verified reviews for this location; Midas’ advertised “Golden Guarantee” is company policy, not customer-sourced feedback.
