LUTE RILEY COLLISION CENTER

Lute Riley Collision Center is consistently praised for high-quality repairs and professional, courteous staff, with many reviewers saying vehicles were returned in excellent condition; communication is a clear strength—advisors provide helpful, timely status updates (including texts) and explain the repair process. Several customers report scheduling issues, however, with repairs finishing later than initial estimates and late-day completion calls that affected rental-car timing and costs. The shop does coordinate with insurers and assists with rental timelines, which eases the claims process, but expect potential delays when planning replacements or rental returns.
