Customer Review Summary
Overall: Mixed customer sentiment. Most public directory excerpts are positive, but a few social-media posts raise serious complaints — overall leaning positive in directory listings but with notable negative reports on Reddit.
Positive themes (directory listings)
Fair pricing mentioned multiple times.
Professional staff and good communication cited.
Work described as reasonably quick.
Negative themes (social media / forums)
Multiple complaints about long wait times for service.
At least one strong allegation of a ruined engine and unsatisfactory owner response.
A few reports emphasize poor follow-up or conflict resolution.
Context and caveats
Directory listings (Chamber of Commerce/MapQuest) provide the bulk of positive comments; social-media posts offer more detailed, stronger negatives but are fewer.
Conflicting reports suggest occasional service or communication breakdowns rather than uniformly poor performance.
Sample appears limited; verify recent experiences by asking for written estimates, timelines, and references before committing work.
