KUNDERT MOTORS INC

Mostly positive overall. Customers frequently praise individual advisers and technicians for competence and clear, helpful communication. However, recurring negative themes are: miscommunication that sometimes leaves promised work undone, occasional aggressive upselling or pressure to add services, and wait times/delays. Communication appears inconsistent—many customers report excellent interactions with specific staff while others report failures—so these mixed experiences are the main caveat despite a generally favorable sentiment.
