The Expert Verdict
Keith's Paint & Body Shop (5603 Common St, Lake Charles) is often praised for collision repair and color-matched paintwork and for working with insurers, though reviews note recurring estimating/communication issues and at least one storage-fee dispute.
Customer Review Summary
Based on loc8nearme and BBB reviews, Keith's Paint & Body Shop is consistently praised for collision and paint work—excellent color matching, finish, attention to detail, and timely completions—and for professional, helpful staff and coordination with insurers (including USAA); however, multiple reviewers report recurring estimating and communication problems (including refusal to provide quotes unless repairs are committed) and at least one dispute over a storage fee, so confirm estimate, timeline, and fee policies up front.
