KARP BUICK SAAB
📍400 Sunrise Hwy, ROCKVILLE CTR, NY 11570
The Expert Verdict
Highly rated Sunrise Highway dealership in Rockville Centre offering sales, parts and dealer-level service for Buick and Saab (also servicing Kia and Volvo) with extended/evening and weekend service and on-site waiting.
Customer Review Summary
Mixed customer feedback: some recent Google and Birdeye reviews praise helpful service advisors (named staff such as Chris and Brad) and timely fixes; other customer reports (Birdeye, MapQuest/Yelp excerpts, PissedConsumer) describe phone unresponsiveness, high or unexpected charges, repeat visits, and unresolved repairs. Overall the experience appears inconsistent — positive experiences with staff and repairs coexist with recurring complaints about communication and billing transparency.
