JACK'S AUTO SERVICE

For decades, Jack's Auto Service has been a cornerstone of the Grand Rapids community, building a trusted reputation for quality, professional, and fairly priced automotive repairs. Located conveniently at 403 NW 3rd Avenue, the shop has a long history of serving generations of local drivers with a commitment to personal service and excellent communication. The experienced and dedicated team at Jack's Auto Service handles a comprehensive range of automotive needs, from routine oil changes to complex engine and transmission replacements.

Their long-tenured staff is frequently praised by customers for being informative, reliable, and thorough. Whether diagnosing a check engine light, servicing an air conditioning system, or performing complicated electrical repairs, the technicians ensure customers are kept informed throughout the process, sometimes even sending images of the damaged parts. This transparency and dedication to customer satisfaction have solidified their status as a highly recommended and reliable auto service center in the region.

In August 2025, the business was acquired by Victory Tire & Auto, a move that promises to build upon the strong legacy established by former owner Keith Still. The new ownership aims to continue the shop's tradition of exceptional service and deep community ties, ensuring that customers receive the same level of care and commitment they have come to expect over the years.
