J'S AUTO SERVICE

Review counts: Yelp 15, Chamber of Commerce 265, Birdeye 270; shop claims 240+ Google (previous CARFAX/Google data similar). Customers consistently praise clear, honest explanations, friendly staff (Christine frequently named), transparent diagnostics with photos/videos, timely turnaround, upfront pricing, and willingness to work with warranties and scheduling; many recommend the shop for ongoing maintenance and report problems fixed that other shops couldn’t. Few complaints overall; one isolated Yelp allegation about a dashcam being unplugged/vehicle used during an inspection with no pattern found. Overall: strong communication and diagnostic transparency, suitable for routine maintenance and complex repairs.
