The Expert Verdict
a highly rated, Lexus-specialized autoshop in Santa Barbara, CA
Customer Review Summary
Independent Automotive Group is frequently praised for Lexus specialization, ASE‑level competence, clear communication, personable owner/manager Asiri and technician Colin, and many long‑term repeat customers who report reliable, timely repairs; however a minority of reviews (examples documented 2022–2024) allege perceived upselling or unexpected added repairs/charges leading to higher final bills (sources: loc8nearme, MapQuest, Birdeye/Yelp).
