an autoshop with recurring customer complaints about misleading pricing, unexpected/hidden fees, and poor customer service in GREAT NECK, NY
Customer Review Summary
Customers report recurring issues at Import Masters:
Deceptive pricing: bait-and-switch tactics, quoted online prices not honored, and unexpected/hidden fees added at drop-off or checkout.
Poor communication and service: missed or cancelled appointments, slow or unresponsive communication, and instances of lost/misplaced keys.
Vehicle condition concerns: vehicles sold or returned with unresolved mechanical problems; reviewers allege staff sometimes clear error codes instead of properly diagnosing/repairing issues and provide misleading or incomplete vehicle history information.
