The Expert Verdict
GTO Tire Shop offers quick, affordable tire services with a helpful staff, but has received complaints about alignment issues and used tire quality.
Customer Review Summary
GTO Tire Shop reviews are mostly positive, highlighting fast turnaround, reasonable pricing, and helpful/honest staff (several reviewers specifically praise "Jose"), but recurring complaints note alignment issues (e.g., crooked steering wheels after service) and occasional poor-quality used tires; public listings also show an address discrepancy (2601 Castle St unverified vs. 2800 W Irving Blvd), so confirm location before visiting.
