FRADELLA'S COLLISION CENTER, INC.

Overall positive: most customers praise friendly, professional staff, high-quality bodywork, clear/proactive communication (frequent text updates), and timely repairs—often completed on or ahead of schedule. A small number of reviews on Yelp/MapQuest raise billing/payment concerns or unresolved disputes (including a reported 2% credit‑card surcharge on a bill over $1,000). Platform trends remain generally favorable despite these isolated complaints. (Context: Fradella’s Collision Centers — including Chalmette — were acquired by Classic Collision on May 2, 2025.)
