Mixed customer sentiment. Positives: multiple customers praise front‑desk/service staff by name (Maria/Mariah) and report instances of quick, clear service. Negatives (recurring): slow or unclear communication from the shop, long repair delays, disputes over warranty coverage and unexpected charges, and occasional customer reports alleging unnecessary parts or up‑charging.
