The Expert Verdict
Fleet Maintenance of TX (Austin) offers strong diagnostics and reasonable pricing but has high call-out fees and slow mobile responses.
Customer Review Summary
Fleet Maintenance of TX is praised for accurate diagnostics and mechanics who “fix the problem,” generally reasonable pricing, and fast turnarounds on many RV/bus jobs (“quick work‑ins”); however, customers frequently report high roadside/call‑out fees (example: “$700 just to show up”), slow mobile/on‑site response times, some post‑repair quality complaints, and inconsistent communication or policies (e.g., accepting customer‑supplied parts).
