Customer Review Summary
Aggregated from ~183 CARFAX reviews, 30+ Yelp entries and additional MapQuest/BBB/Chamber listings, customers most often praise Community Automotive Repair for clear, frequent communication, knowledgeable technicians (notably for European/import cars such as Mercedes, Jaguar, Volvo), and convenient perks like a courtesy shuttle, loaner vehicles and after‑hours drop/pickup, with many long‑term repeat clients; recurring negatives include occasional rework/return visits, scheduling delays or missed appointment days, and some estimates that ended higher than expected.
