CHICAGO MOTORS

Chicago Motors earns strong positive customer sentiment for clear, timely communication, professional and courteous staff, fair/transparent pricing, fast turnaround, and complimentary pickup/delivery within the service area; customers—many owners of European/import brands (Audi, BMW, Mercedes, VW, Volvo)—cite consistent technical expertise, repeat business, and positive warranties (Bosch parts + shop labor warranty), with technician “Rick” named frequently; a small minority report dissatisfaction but no single operational issue dominates public comments.
