The Expert Verdict
a generally well-regarded, A+ BBB-accredited and AAA-approved autoshop in Lubbock, TX
Customer Review Summary
Brandon's Auto Repair & Diesel Service is widely praised for diesel expertise, friendly/helpful staff, transparent and fair pricing, quick diagnoses, and owner follow‑up; recurring downsides are slow or inconsistent communication, long vehicle hold times (days to weeks), occasional final invoices higher than quoted, and a minority of repair‑quality disputes requiring rework—good option for diesel work but expect potential delays and confirm estimates up front.
