BEST USA AUTO REPAIR & BODY
📍Carrollton, Carollton, TX 75006
Family-owned auto repair shop in Carollton, TX, known for quality body work and customer loyalty.
Customer Review Summary
Best USA Auto Repair & Body: family‑owned shop with long‑term customer loyalty (~20 years), frequently praised for honest, fairly priced work, quick and well‑matched body/paint repairs (one cited 5‑day turnaround), and willingness to install customer‑supplied parts (MapQuest, AutoRepairScore). Noted negatives: occasional high estimates/feeling overcharged, isolated durability issues (e.g., an AC repair that failed), reports of missing items after service, and at least one claim of wrong repair with no taken responsibility. Recommended for paint/body jobs and repeat local customers, but confirm written estimates, inspect work before leaving, and keep receipts/parts documented.
