AWAIS AUTO REPAIRS

Mixed customer feedback. Strengths: multiple customers praise the shop for honesty, transparency, and low/affordable pricing. Weaknesses: several reports of substandard workmanship — including use of incorrect tools that caused damage — plus complaints about slow responsiveness, long wait times, and poor communication/follow-up. Overall sentiment: mixed; many appreciate price and honesty but a notable subset report quality and service-timing problems.
