Customer Review Summary
Mostly positive overall: Carfax (~56 reviews) and Chamber of Commerce (~110+ reviews) show frequent praise for fast, same‑day emergency service, friendly/helpful staff, fair pricing, and strong tire/brake/suspension expertise with many repeat customers. Recurring negatives are comparatively few but include post‑service handling/alignment follow‑ups, occasional pricing or warranty disputes, and one reported vehicle‑damage complaint (March 2025); Yelp and Loc8NearMe have smaller, more mixed samples. For decision‑making, weigh the strong service speed, value, and technical experience against isolated quality/warranty concerns and consult the larger Carfax/Chamber pages for detailed reviews.
