The Expert Verdict
a mixed-reviewed autoshop in BROOKLYN, NY known for prompt, friendly service and honest diagnostics but with inconsistent pricing and communication
Customer Review Summary
Mixed customer feedback.
Positive themes:
Prompt, often accurate diagnoses and quick turnarounds.
Professional, empathetic, and friendly staff noted by several customers.
Perceived fair/affordable pricing cited in multiple reviews.
Negative themes:
Inconsistent service quality; some customers reported poor workmanship (notably brake service problems).
Reports of unexpected or higher-than-expected charges and unclear estimates.
Poor communication about costs and timelines in some cases.
At least one strongly negative review alleging deception and intentional damage to a vehicle.
Overall takeaway:
Customer experiences are inconsistent: many praise the shop’s speed, staff demeanor, and fair pricing, while others report workmanship issues, surprise fees, and communication lapses.
