The Expert Verdict
a highly rated, AAA-approved autoshop in Ruston, LA
Customer Review Summary
Ace Automotive earns consistently positive reviews for towing and roadside assistance—customers praise fast response, clear communication, and professional, courteous drivers (frequently naming individuals like Will and Thomas)—but a minority of reviews report longer turnaround, warranty disputes, and occasional quality concerns on more complex repairs; based on public customer reviews (Chamber of Commerce, Top‑Rated.Online/Google, Angi, Birdeye, MechanicAdvisor), ideal pick for emergency towing/roadside help, with some caution advised for extensive mechanical work.
