“PAR K ENTERPRISES, a Chrysler and Jeep dealership formerly located at 825 S First St in Fulton, NY, has been acquired by Longley Brothers as of the summer of 2025. The Patane family, the previous owners, have retired and the dealership is no longer in operation under the PAR K ENTERPRISES name. Longley Brothers has acquired the franchise and assets but not the physical location.

As a result of this acquisition and closure, the information regarding the auto repair shop's operations, including its services, hours, and staff, is no longer current. Customers in the Fulton area seeking service for Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, or Ram vehicles are now directed to Longley Brothers, who have incorporated the Par-K franchises into their existing business at their County Route 57 location.”
